comprehensive coverage, Premium Care Plan to our
catastrophic Powertrain coverage, Power Care. These
Plans are available for up to 10 years and 120,000

Are plans available for both new and used
vehicles?
Yes! The specific plans available to you depend on your
vehicle's make, model and mileage.
Are there any mileage or year restrictions?
Vehicle Protection Plans are offered for vehicles up to
current plus nine more model years of age. Also, a vehicle must have fewer
than 140,000 miles at the time the vehicle protection
plan is purchased.

If I sell my vehicle, is my plan transferable?
Yes, your plan is transferable to the new owner. A
Vehicle Protection Plan may enhance the value of your
vehicle and is a great benefit for the buyer, which may
help you sell your vehicle easier and faster.

When does coverage begin?
Immediately upon purchase. Additionally, your Vehicle
Protection Plan coverage is "additive term and mileage."
This means that the expiration date of the Vehicle
Protection Plan is measured from the date you purchase
the plan and the vehicle's mileage on that date. Beware
of other plans that delay coverage 30 days and 1,000
miles and plans that may be "cumulative mileage"
programs, asking you to pay for coverage on usage that
has already occurred.

Are parts and labor covered?
Yes. Parts, labor, fluids, covered components (as
outlined in your contract) and applicable taxes, less a
deductible (if applicable), are covered 100 % by your
Vehicle Protection Plan.

How do I make a claim?
The process is simple. If your vehicle needs repair call
CWS at its toll-free number, 1(866)-732-8503, and a
Vehicle Protection Plan claims analyst will assist you.
Claim payments, less a deductible (if applicable),
are made directly to the repair facility. There is no
paperwork for you to fill out, and since payments are
made to the repair facility, there's no wait for
reimbursement.

Is there a deductible?
Yes, a Vehicle Protection Plan offers you a choice of
deductibles: $0, $50 and $100. The deductible is per
repair visit. Beware of other plans that charge a
deductible on a per item basis.

Do I need a plan if my vehicle is still under
factory warranty?
There are a number of significant benefits
to owning a Vehicle Protection Plan while your vehicle
is still protected under your original manufacturer's
warranty.
* You may be eligible for the more comprehensive Premium
Care Coverage, giving you the most extensive coverage
and potential long-term cost savings.
* The best rates for all plans are on vehicles with
lower mileage.
* Your Vehicle Protection Plan comes with a complete
24-hour emergency roadside assistance program at no
additional cost. It provides towing, gasoline delivery,
flat tire assistance, battery assistance and emergency
lockout service for as long as you own the plan.

My vehicle is not currently under warranty, but it's
very reliable. Do I need a plan?
Mechanical breakdowns are a reality for even the most
reliable vehicles and that is why the manufacturer only
offers warranties for a limited period. As your vehicle
gets older and has more miles on it, the likelihood of
experiencing breakdown increases, especially after the
manufacturer's warranty has expired. So, it is a good
investment to protect yourself today from an unexpected
and costly repair bill in the future.

What makes this Vehicle Protection Plan
different from other service contracts?
In addition to covering breakdowns for the duration of
your contract CWS also covers wear and tear up to 50,000
miles, our Vehicle Protection Plans pay full retail
price to the licensed repair facility of your choice --
unlike many other service contracts. What this means
for you is top-notch service at the repair facility, as
well as peace of mind. Vehicle Protection Plans also
include 24-hour emergency roadside assistance, towing,
rental car reimbursement and trip interruption
protection for the duration of your plan.
Is this Vehicle Protection Plan the least expensive
service contract?
Although there may be lower priced service contracts
available, this does not mean they are a better value. A
closer look at the coverage and benefits being offered
will show you the difference between these extended
warranties. So, you might find a lower price, but you
may not find a better value.
